Your first appointment

Prior to your first appointment you will be asked to fill out a medical history form. This helps ensure that before your dentist examines your mouth, he is aware of any important medical factors that could affect your treatment. Your dentist will discuss any important factors raised at your first visit.

Your first appointment is a two way process where your dentist will discuss your concerns about your mouth. He will carry out an extensive examination with any appropriate x-rays, photographs and models. This ensures that the team has enough information to be able to produce a written treatment plan with cost estimates.

Over the years we have developed experience in all aspects of dental care but for certain cases we may refer patients to specialist colleagues. We have developed good contacts within the profession and can offer referrals for treatments such as  implants and orthodontics.
